Dylan Brennan

Manager, Health Promotion

Dylan is the Manager of Health Promotion for the Magna Wellness Team in Canada. He earned a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University and a Master of Science in Health and Aging from Western University. Dylan takes a functional approach to lifestyle management and believes that with the right support and determination, a healthy and physically active lifestyle is always within reach. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys training for adventure races, camping, playing hockey, and competing in various activities.

Lauren Sibbald

Health Promotion Coordinator

Lauren is a Health Promotion Coordinator at Magna. She completed a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at George Brown College and earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from York University. Lauren has worked in both fitness and clinical settings, where she particularly enjoyed coaching people through small, attainable steps to live a healthy, active lifestyle. She is passionate about helping individuals identify and overcome barriers to their health and well-being. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys walking her dog, Hutch, listening to audiobooks, and trying new sports!

Cynthia Nakabiri

Health Promotion Coordinator

Cynthia is a Health Promotion Coordinator at Magna. She earned a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Science in Global Health, Disease Prevention, and Health Promotion from York University. Having experienced different cultures, Cynthia developed a passion for understanding how social determinants impact health outcomes. She is dedicated to promoting health through education and empowering individuals to make informed choices. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, and hiking.

Summer Clarke

Health Promotion Coordinator

Summer is a Health Promotion Coordinator who completed an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University. She has spent her career supporting student health by running campus-wide initiatives. Most of her work has focused on mental and emotional health, as well as the vital role that physical health plays in maintaining overall well-being. She is enthusiastic about empowering others with the health knowledge needed to make choices that align with their preferred lifestyles. In her free time, she loves writing, drawing, playing music, and spending time outdoors.

Health Promotion Coordinator

Amy is a Health Promotion Coordinator at Magna. She completed her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education at Queen’s University and earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Amy is passionate about approaching health from a holistic perspective and encouraging individuals to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes for disease prevention and health optimization. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, taking spin classes, and spending time with family and friends.

Riley Walker

Health Promotion Coordinator

Riley is a Health Promotion Coordinator at Magna. She received an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies and Health Promotion from Queen's University. Riley has a background in university health programming and evaluation, with a focus on mental health. She is passionate about making health education more accessible and easy to understand, helping individuals to make informed choices for their health. In her spare time, Riley enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, trying new sports, and being with her friends and family.

Mary Mendoza

Health Promotion Coordinator

Mary is a Health Promotion Coordinator at Magna. She graduated with Honours with a Bachelor of Health Science in Workplace Health & Safety and holds a diploma in Nutrition. She also has a background in personal training and enjoys teaching the importance of wellness. Seeing how educating people about various aspects of their wellness has fueled her passion for health promotion, Mary believes that wellness education should be accessible to everyone. Mary enjoys working out, hiking, biking, trying new foods, spending time with loved ones, and is always looking for new adventures.
