Ingredients:
- Half cup tahini
- Bunch parsley rinsed and stems removed
- Juice of half lemon
- Four large garlic cloves
- Two tbsp olive oil
- Two tbsp soy sauce or tamari
Directions:
- Run through blender scraping down sides frequently.
- Makes a little over a cup.
